Gasoline prices in California have dropped from the record highs of two weeks ago and could continue to fall, the Mercury News reports.
Prices could fall an additional 10 to 15 cents a gallon per week through Thanksgiving and reach $3.75 a gallon or lower by year-end.
The sudden spike in gas prices came in part because of a series of problems at refineries in the state.
